Rebecca Atkinson-Lord

Artistic Director and Joint CEO

Rebecca is an award-winning Writer, Director and Producer working in theatre, film and radio across the UK and internationally. From 2010-2016 she was Director of Theatre at Ovalhouse, a National Portfolio Organisation in South London with a turnover of just over £1million. Whilst at Ovalhouse she commissioned and produced more than 80 new pieces of theatre, performance and visual art as well as curating and producing two festivals annually. She is an experienced mentor and consultant and has raised more than £1.5 million to directly support artists and their work.

Hannah Farley-Hills

Associate Producer

Hannah is an independent theatre producer touring work around the UK and internationally. She runs HFH Productions and is Executive Director of Toucan Theatre. Previously, Hannah was a Producer at The Marlowe where she ran their ‘Roar’ New Writing programme and is an alumni of The Roundhouse’s Performing Arts Producer Scheme. She is supported by Stage One and is an associate of English Touring Theatre and Michael Grandage Company. Hannah is passionate about the enabling of young female voices and committed to social change through inclusive community engagement and shared creativity.

 
Sofia Stephanou

Sofia Stephanou

Executive Director and Joint CEO

Sofia is a senior producer of theatre and performance with a wealth of experience of working on large-scale festivals, touring productions across the UK and internationally and works as a development producer in TV and is a producer of film. Until spring 2020, she was the Producer at Paines Plough where she was responsible for the organisation’s festivals and touring work. In addition, she was lead Producer on Paines Plough’s annual Edinburgh Festival programme at Summerhall, producing both PP commissioned work and visiting productions to showcase exceptional new work in a large-scale festival setting.

Alice Rush

Associate Producer

Alice is an independent creative producer based in Cardiff. She runs her own company CB4 Theatre, most recently producing their debut production BACK TO BERLIN to sold out audiences in London and Cardiff. She graduated with an MA in Creative Producing from the University of Kent in 2018 and has previously worked with FAITH Drama Productions, the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Rose Theatre Kingston, Paines Plough and National Theatre Wales. She is a keen political activist and is particularly interested in boundary breaking work that addresses current social issues.

Natalie Chan

Trainee Assistant Producer

Natalie is a producer from Hong Kong and now based in London. Alongside producing, she currently works in the fundraising team at Creative Youth Charity and is a recipient of the Blackbaud Scholarship for pursuing a part time MA in Philanthropic Studies at the University of Kent. Recent highlights include working with BFI Network to deliver fundraising workshops and producing Dumbledore Is So Gay which won the VAULT Festival’s Origins Award 2020. She previously trained as Resident Assistant Producer at Theatre503 and worked as Box Office Deputy Manager for Pleasance Theatre Trust.

Sarah Jordan Verghese

Assistant Producer

Sarah is a South Asian creative producer specialising in creating theatre for social change. She is excited by work that is culturally and political relevant, engages new audiences and is widely accessible. She is currently an assistant producer at Zoo Co, 'playing lightly by things that matter deeply'. Her producing credits include; ‘Every Sinner has a Future’ (Catalyst), ‘Fester’ (Camden Fringe), ‘I’m a little bit OCD’ (tour) and ‘Concrete Voices: Catch 22’ (Short Documentary). She as worked with Graeae, Fuel Theatre and Boundless Theatre in the capacity of an assistant producer. Sarah is currently finishing her masters in Creative producing at Mountview Academy.

Belinda Clarke

Trainee Assistant Producer

Belinda is a cultural producer, facilitator and curator specialising in theatre and events. Her career has been drawn into highlighting black identity, as well as supporting the growth of community theatre and its sustainable impact. Belinda is also the artistic director of Leading Light Collective, supporting underrepresented artists in the creative industry through productions, events and masterclasses. Her recent producing credits include; Culture (ArcolaLab), Network&Chill (Katzpace Theatre), WeCanDoBoth (Leading Light Collective), Dear Black People (Pleasance Theatre), Posters (Catalyst Festival) and Dear Mother Nature (Digital). Her assistant producing credits include Bible John and Splintered (Vault Festival 2020). Belinda has recently finished her masters in Creative Producing at Mountview Academy.
